North Vancouver council to sort out dispute between disc golf club and neighbouring residents

A dispute between a disc golf club and neighbouring residents in North Vancouver is going before city council. Residents claim a section of Eastview Park, where a nine-hole disc golf course is located, has become a scene of strewn-about garbage, cannabis smoke and public urination, and they fear for public safety. Club officials admit there are some offenders within the organization, but added players are generally respectful of others. Council is expected to address the situation within the coming months.
