Group presses council for permanent disc golf course in St. Albert, Alta.
Temporary course shows healthy enthusiasm for sport

A pitch has been made before city council in St. Albert, Alta. to establish a permanent disc golf course in the municipality. A temporary course was set up last year in Langholm Park, resulting in healthy numbers of rounds played and feedback from participants. Council was told it costs about $1,000 per hole to set up a disc golf course.
