Councillor who proposed Arrowdale sale says court ruling has ‘vindicated’ city

The Brantford city councillor who first proposed the sale of the municipal Arrowdale Golf Course says he’s anxious to move on after a recent court ruling “vindicated” the city of any wrongdoing. Coun. Jan Vanderstelt says he’s excited about the creation of a community park on part of the golf course property. Local groups have been fighting to prevent the golf course’s sale since December of 2019.
