Judicial review sought in Brantford’s Arrowdale golf course sale decision
Group claims decision lacked transparency and was rushed

Some members of a group fighting the City of Brantford’s sale of the nine-hole Arrowdale Golf Course are seeking a judicial review into how council made its decision. Council voted in December to put the course up for sale in order to accommodate affordable housing, but members of Friends of Arrowdale say council’s decision was rushed, procedurally unfair and lacked transparency.
