Winnipeg begins treatment program today for control of invasive emerald ash borer
Program to continue through late July

Minnesota Department of Natural Resources photo Winnipeg is beginning its treatment today to control the emerald ash borer. Licensed pesticide applicators will be injecting ash trees with insecticides approved by the Pest Management Regulatory Agency of Health Canada. The program is to be conducted Mondays to Fridays until late July.
