Vancouver resumes treatments today in battle against invasive Japanese beetle

Successful past efforts allow for reduced treatments

Treatment to combat the invasive Japanese beetle resumes today at parks, medians and boulevards in Vancouver. The success of previous treatments has allowed for this year’s treatment areas to be cut almost in half. The treatment will continue for four weeks and encompass about 25 hectares.
