About 37 hectares in Vancouver’s parks, municipal golf courses and boulevards are to be converted into meadows as a means to attract more bees, butterflies and birds. The pilot project of the Vancouver Park Board aims to increase the abundance and diversity of invertebrates and flora to attract more pollinators and birds.
