Reduced air quality has Windsor landscaping company temporarily altering its services

A Windsor, Ont. landscaper has temporarily dialed back his company’s operations as the region’s air quality continues to be compromised by Canadian wildfires.

The Lawn Guys is continuing to meet its contractual obligations with customers, but is encouraging work crews to take it easy on job sites. Employees are being offered longer breaks, shorter hours and the option to wear masks in an effort to stay healthy,

The company’s owner said customers have been understanding about the reduced services.

Meteorologists are forecasting a likelihood of rain and a shift in wind direction for later this weekend which will improve air quality.,
