Moose Jaw closes road to remove infected elm tree

July 23, 2018 – Moose Jaw’s seventh confirmed case of Dutch elm disease is resulting in a road closure today so that the infected tree can be removed. Even though it’s the Saskatchewan city’s seventh reported case of Dutch elm disease this year, the municipality claims it is being managed well.
