Moose Jaw imposes elm pruning ban

April 1 ban to stop spread of Dutch elm disease

Pruning elm trees in Moose Jaw will be banned effective April 1. The ban will continue until Aug. 31 as a means of stopping the spread of Dutch elm disease.
