Councillors vote 7-1 against ClubLink proposal

A proposal from ClubLink – owner of the Kanata Golf & Country Club – to develop the golf property for housing has been rejected by Ottawa’s planning committee. The committee voted 7-1 against the proposed 1,500-home subdivision project. Ottawa city council will now deal with the recommendation at its meeting on Dec. 9.
