G.C. Duke Equipment vice-president Neil Beech passes away at 53

Neil Beech, vice-president at Burlington, Ont.-based G.C. Duke Equipment, has passed away following a long bout with cancer.

He was 53.

He began his career 35 years ago as an equipment demonstrator representative before becoming vice-president at Duke.

A statement from the company read: “Neil will be remembered for his work ethic, loyalty, sense of humour and devotion to his job. He will be missed by his family, many friends, co-workers, suppliers, and customers with whom he crossed paths with over the years.”

A celebration of life is being planned.
