Manitoba golf course prepares for winter after enjoying another banner season
Poor April weather delayed opening by six weeks

La Broquerie Golf Club superintendent Darren Dundas has begun blowing water out from his irrigation lines as the golf course prepares for its winter shutdown. The season began six weeks later this year than it did in 2021 due to the abundance of snow and rain in southern Manitoba in April. Club officials say on-course changes made last year have resulted in heightened golfer enthusiasm.
