Council votes 7-3 against study
October 28, 2021 By CTV News

City council in Regina has struck down a $100,000 feasibility study for a proposed 3,500-seat baseball stadium in the city. Council listened to 13 delegations at its Wednesday meeting, yet voted 7-3 against the study – the same margin its executive committee voted earlier in the month. Instead, council voted to request the Regina Exhibition Association Limited (REAL) to provide an assessment quote.
