Victoria, B.C. sports park to have council vote on proposed designs for amenities
$4.22-million artificial sports field part of plan
August 3, 2021 By CHEK News

The elimination of an existing baseball field at Victoria, B.C.’s Topaz Park – to make way for a new bike and skate park – and the addition of a new artificial turf sports field are among changes slated for the park, whose designs will be voted upon this week by city council. The $4.22-million sport field is to be built to accommodate a full-sized soccer pitch, but can also be used as a softball field and multi-purpose field for youth activities.
