The $10-million cost of renovating Montreal’s Gary Carter Stadium is a lot of money for such a small venue, says a Concordia University economist. He says it’s not a good investment, and the matter is clouded by the name of the former Montreal Expos Hall of Fame catcher. Others in the community disagree.
