Incident has occurred four times
October 8, 2021 By National Post
A retired dairy farmer in New Glasgow, N.S. has been ordered to compensate his residential neighbours for the cost of lawn and garden repairs after a herd of escaped cows repeatedly trampled the neighbours’ yard. It’s been a recurring problem and, after the fourth incident, the neighbours took the farmer to task, claiming $23,000 worth of landscaping repairs were required. An adjudicator has supported the claim.
