July 2, 2019 – A derelict house in a Victoria neighbourhood is not sitting well with neighbours who have been witness to the property’s on and off deterioration for 19 years. Up until 2014, neighbours volunteered to mow the home’s neglected lawn and plant flowers, but a perimeter fence erected by the city prevents access to the lawn, making an ugly site uglier.
