Cape Breton developer plans to press on for golf project

The developer wishing to build a new 18-hole golf course at a provincial park on Cape Breton Island says both the Cabot Links and Cabot Cliffs projects prove that a balance can be struck between protecting fragile ecosystems and boosting economic development. He plans to press ahead with his plans in spite of significant opposition.
