Thornbury, Ont. par three golf course thrives in the wake of COVID pandemic
Rounds up significantly from 2021 season
January 12, 2023 By Turf & Rec

A municipally owned pitch-and-putt golf course outside Thornbury, Ont. has been a local success story in the aftermath of COVID, councillors from The Bllue Mountains heard this week. The number of rounds played at the short par three course increased by almost 1,500 in 2022 over the previous season. The municipality originally purchased the golf property in 2007 to ensure it had sufficient space for soccer fields.
