Natural turf field, cricket pitch to come in 2021

A new city park in Kitchener has opened to the public, featuring an artificial turf field and one of the municipality’s largest playgrounds. Additional amenities at RBJ Schlegel Park are expected to open in 2021 and include a natural turf field, a cricket pitch and splash pad.
