Ballpark is world's oldest baseball property
May 28, 2021 By The London Free Press

London’s Labatt Memorial Park, regarded as the world’s oldest baseball property, could be on the way to being recognized as a national historic site. Support from city council is being sought by advocates of the park and London’s planning department to apply for the historic site designation. Built in 1877, the park is home to the London Majors of the Intercounty Baseball League and has been provincially protected since the 1990s.
