Residents take it upon themselves to cut overgrown grass on municipal land

Edmonton's 21-day cutting cycle not often enough

Frustrated by the City of Edmonton’s 21-day cycle for cutting grass on municipal property, local residents have banded together to use their own mowers to keep heights low. Four residents got together on Sunday to cut an overgrown area so that children could safely play.
