Residents, parks dept. at odds over length of grass

Aug. 21, 2019 – Residents near Cornwall, Ont.’s Daprat Park and the city’s parks and recreation department are engaged in a turf war with one another over the length of the grass in the park. The naturalization of the turfgrass is an eyesore that “looks like hell,” one of the residents says.
