Flagsticks will not be handled or taken out during new rules associated with COVID-19.

The number of maintenance workers at Swift Current’s golf courses has been cut in half as the season begins in Saskatchewan on Friday, but recently-announced reductions in tee time waits will allow the courses to accommodate upwards of 240 golfers a day. Staff reductions coupled with more allotted daily golfers will help the bottom line a little during these tougher times.
