Police seek pickup truck that spun ‘donuts’ on baseball field under renovations

A pickup truck was caught on camera vandalizing a baseball field at Lacasse Park in Tecumseh, Ont. on St. Patrick’s Day.

Although surveillance footage as a black, dark-coloured, late-model Ford F-150 pickup truck, police have yet to identify its owner.

The vehicle’s driver spun “donuts” on the practice field at the park. The baseball complex was undergoing renovations in preparation for the upcoming baseball season.

The town’s mayor called the vandalism “beyond pathetic,” noting more than $4 million had been invested in restoring the baseball stadium and field.
