Windsor baseball diamond to be renovated following input from the community

Plans to upgrade Realtor Park in Windsor, Ont. have been slightly adjusted upon fielding input from the community.

The existing practice baseball diamond at the park will undergo renovations. Originally, another sports field was slated to be converted for baseball.

Renovation work for the diamond is expected to start at the completion of this summer’s baseball season, and to have the finished diamond ready for the start of the 2022 season.

The renovation work will ensure three baseball diamonds can be utilized at the park along with a pair of other sports fields.
