North Bay-area golf courses have emerged from the winter in “good shape,” and are ready to open – legally, amid Ontario’s 28-day stay-at-home order. He said he was grateful that the Ontario government has acknowledged golf can be played safely amid the COVID-19 pandemic and can continue amid the provincial order.
