Quebec still playing waiting game for when golf courses can open

While golf courses in most Canadian provinces are now open for play, or opening soon, Quebec is playing the waiting game. The Quebec Golf Course Association is telling the provincial government that golf is a game that can safely be played amid the COVID-19 pandemic and has outlined a series of protocols it would implement once courses are allowed to open.
