Environmental issues at centre of golf course development proposal

Aug. 2, 2018 – Environmental and water issues are at the fore in a controversial subdivision development proposal slated at Twin Lakes Golf Course in Penticton, B.C. The proposal includes stipulations to prove groundwater sustainabiliy and availability before the first phase of 46 units gets underway.
