March 15, 2019 – A 72-unit subdivision has been approved for the north end of the former Bright’s Grove Golf Course near Sarnia, Ont. The Groves Active Lifestyle Community will see eight new single-family homes and 64 condominiums built on the higher part of the 31-acre property, and a nine-hole, par-three golf course on the lower, southern two-thirds.
