Toronto FC anticipates improved playing surface

March 15, 2019 – The Toronto FC Major League Soccer Club is hoping for better field conditions at BMO Field for its game on Sunday. Team captain Michael Bradley said the playing surface was slow for the team’s most recent home game, but conditions are expected to improve as the field emerges from winter and awaits the introduction of artificial fibres to strengthen the natural turf.
