Judicial review of Brantford golf course sale dismissed by Ontario Divisional Court

The fight to prevent the sale of Brantford’s Arrowdale Golf Course, so that it could be developed, was met with a potential knockout blow Monday when the city announced the Ontario Divisional Court has dismissed a judicial review application. Unless the court’s decision is appealed, the city will move forward with the sale of almost 32 acres of land with plans to develop a community park.
