Judicial review of Brantford’s Arrowdale Golf Course sale sought by citizens

Requested review to be based on "procedural fairness"

An application calling for a judicial review of Brantford’s decision to sell the nine-hole Arrowdale Golf Course has been filed by individuals intent on saving the municipal course. The applicants want the Ontario Superior Court of Justice to review the matter, based on “procedural fairness.”
