Fredericton devises plans for city parks

One to see recreation expanded, the other limited

Management plans have been prepared for two Fredericton parks after three years in the making. Plans for Odell Park are to largely preserve it as a nature reserve. Plans for Killarney Lake Park include adding a zone for sports recreation in addition to a regular recreation zone.
