Defenders of Arrowdale Golf Course appealing Ontario Divisional Court ruling

The group opposed to the sale of Brantford’s Arrowdale Golf Course is planning to appeal the Ontario Divisional Court’s decision last month that sided with the city’s plan to sell the property. Know Your City Inc. said it has been granted a stay of the court’s decision which will prohibit the city from completing the sale of the course until the motion for leave to appeal is decided.
