Court of Appeal ruling to be made today about Kanata Golf & Country Club agreement

The Ontario Court of Appeal is ruling today on the authenticity of a green space agreement, signed in the 1980s, that states 40 per cent of the Kanata Golf & Country Club property must be maintained as green space. The agreement has been appealed by ClubLink Corp. which acquired the golf course in 2019. The corporation wishes to bulldoze the course for residential development.
