ClubLink appealing court decision that upholds 40-year agreement at Kanata club

ClubLink is appealing a court decision from two weeks ago that upheld a 40-year agreement to ensure Kanata Lakes  Golf & Country Club remains as open space. ClubLink, owner of the golf course property, wishes to develop the land along with two partnering companies. The agreement reached in 1981 stipulated that 40 per cent of the Kanata Lakes area remain as open space in perpetuity.
