Armstrong course will be shortened to accommodate 200 new homes

Course had been on market for more than 10 years

The Royal York Golf Course in Armstrong, B.C. has been conditionally sold after having been on the market for more than 10 years. Plans are to build 200 new homes on the property, leaving the golf course playing shorter. Along with a shorter course, the property will still include a driving range and clubhouse.
