Winnipeg neighbourhood association wants money to replace boulevard trees

May 13, 2019 – A Winnipeg neighbourhood association is campaigning for city funds to be freed up to cover the cost of replacing boulevard trees stricken by Dutch elm disease and the emerald ash borer.
