Province could scrap Highland redevelopment plan

June 6, 2018 – Calgary’s mayor says a proposal to initiate a massive redevelopment project at the site of the former Highland Golf Course could be scuttled by the provincial government. At the heart of the controversy is the site’s propensity for flooding.
