Property line dispute has lawn bowling club concerned about its ability to irrigate playing surface
Construction company says water pipe is on other side
November 14, 2022 By Turf & Rec

Officials from a Kitchener lawn bowling club say the quality of their playing surface has been compromised because of damage caused by a construction company working nearby. The club claims a water pipe used to irrigate the lawn was ripped from the ground while the construction company was pulling tree roots. The construction company says the pipe has always been located on the neighbouring property and not on the bowling club grounds.
