Ontario pressed to open garden centres for Mother’s Day weekend

Landscape Ontario is pressing Premier Doug Ford to allow the province’s garden centres to fully open this weekend for Mother’s Day. Ontario’s garden centres are currently open for curbside pickup and delivery only. Mother’s Day weekend is considered a critical time of year for garden centres and, faced with current restrictions, they could lose thousands of jobs and millions of dollars in product.
