Garden centres open again in Ontario, but are at a disadvantage, owner says

Although garden centres in Ontario have been given approval to open to customers, the fact that they are restricted to curbside pickup puts such businesses at a disadvantage, the general manager of one business says. He notes customers cannot pick their own plants, yet shoppers in grocery stores where many of the same plants are sold allow customers that privilege.
