Vancouver spraying safe insecticide for beetle

April 8, 2019 – Acelepryn, an insecticide that targets the Japanese beetle, is being sprayed in Vancouver's city parks. The Vancouver Parks Board has assured residents that the insectide is safe and will cause no harm to humans, pets, bees, butterflies or other animals.
