Sept. 19, 2018 – An Orillia, Ont. landscaper has tossed his hat into the ring in hopes of being elected to city council this fall. Ken Abbott, owner of Canestoga Landscaping, thinks council has spent too much money on big projects at the expense of the basics. “People want clean streets and clean sidewalks and they want the frigging roads fixed.”
