County spending $190 a tree to remove dead ash trees

June 7, 2019 – More than 700 ash trees are slated to be removed this year in Ontario's Norfolk County, at a cost of about $190 a tree. The trees have fallen victim to the emerald ash borer and are either dead or dying.
