June 7, 2019 – The City of Victoria, B.C. will use funds originally earmarked for a second playing field at Topaz Park to help design a new artificial turf field for Victoria High School. Council has agreed to a staff recommendation to replace the field at Topaz and designate $250,000 toward a replacement field at the high school.
