London’s TLC Landscaping acquired by Cleveland-based Schill Grounds Management

London, Ont.-based TLC Landscaping, which has been operating since 1986, has been acquired by Schill Grounds Management in Cleveland. TLC chief executive Jay Murray considers the arrangement as more of a merger. He and vice-president of operations, Dave Leff, will remain on while the company will retain its name and branding. The acquisition gives Schill a workforce of about 775 employees.
