Kinsmen ‘adopt’ Sarnia park, draw up plans for long-term improvements

New pavilion cited as possible addition to park

Sarnia’s Kinsmen Club has outlined plans for a number of improvements to Baxter Park after “adopting” the lakeside green space in 2019. The club wants to begin with a sitting area and eventually erect a pavilion or change area.
